Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Love this new style! Super sexy cat eye look. I do wish they were curled a tad more but I can’t stop wearing them! Looking forward to more styles like this in the future
I *LOVE* the upgraded case and new spring-loaded lash clip. The case is bigger than the old one, but makes transportation of the product so much easier (you don't have to worry about the lashes falling out or having to carry the clip around separately anymore). However, the clip is definitely my favourite upgrade. One of the biggest problems I had with the earlier model was that the clip would break at the bending point after a few months of use, and it was a bit tough to get the lashes lined up with your lash line. The new clip features a spring-loaded pivot point which makes the clipping motion so much easier and now I don't have to worry about it breaking!!! The new clip is also angled slightly differently which makes putting on the lashes easy and places them perfectly to my lashline 100% of the time. This is my third or fourth order from WOSADO and I am constantly impressed at their ability to take customer service and continuously innovate.

When i first got these, they were my first time ever using magnetic lashes. I cant do the glue anymore with traditional lashes. At first, I thought it was a gimmick, they were hard to get on properly. After a few tries, I got it, and may I say these are so beautiful and soft and natural. Most people don't even know I'm wearing anything. Love them. Now I'm a magnetic lash girlie.

Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.
Yes,soft magnetic lashes are reusable. lf apply daily, the lashes are magnetic enough to last about 3-6 monthsIf they are used less frequently, the lashes will last longer.
Wearing a magnetic strip without makeup can not be completely invisible. It is recommended to wear it after makeup to fill in the eyeliner at the head and end of the eyes. In this way, the magnetic strip becomes the finishing touch.
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
