Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

I really loved these lashes. My concern has been the fact that I have really short lashes, and I didn’t want to keep damaging my lashes with heavy mascara every day. So I decided to try these magnetic lashes. They are very comfortable, and simple to put on. My only issues is that sometimes it’s difficult to have both corners be RIGHT on the lash line.
Also, i’d say that the magnet isn’t that strong as you keep using it? Not enough for my lashes to fall off or anything, but throughout the day, there may be a moment i’ll have to reapply them. It’s no big deal though, because usually I can get through the whole day without reapplying.
I love this style of lashes too. It doesn’t look SUPER bold, it actually looks somewhat natural. I like that the lash band isn’t too obvious. And they are easy to put on, and even easier to take off at the end of the day. Definitely will not be going back to falsies or mascara!!!
Very convenient, very practical for lazy people like who are always on the go and short of time. Took me a while to get the hang of it tho, its not an easy as it looks but with some practice you get better at applying lashes. I've never had experience with lashes so I'm a full beginner! Will keep practicing to fully get the hang of it. Super cute on times when I wanna glam up my eyes and feel prettier!

Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes do not require glue. They rely on the magnetic properties of the upper and lower lashes to secure them in place.
Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.
Yes,soft magnetic lashes are reusable. lf apply daily, the lashes are magnetic enough to last about 3-6 monthsIf they are used less frequently, the lashes will last longer.
Wearing a magnetic strip without makeup can not be completely invisible. It is recommended to wear it after makeup to fill in the eyeliner at the head and end of the eyes. In this way, the magnetic strip becomes the finishing touch.
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
