Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Love all the lashes I purchased. My only feedback is that they dont seem to stay in place all day. I wish I could get them more secure right at the lash line, and they stayed. I have long days and they seem to shift down, toward the middle of my lashes, by day end. I'm unsure if it is the magnet, my application,something else or all of the above. The lashes themselves are natural looking, and very lightweight. Happy to not have glue or mascara!

First time buying these lashes and they’re so cute~ and wasn’t too hard to apply first time. But I do think my eye is a bit longer than the lashes are, I wish there were options for eye length but even then it still looks really pretty!
I usually struggle with lashes, but these actually suit my monolid eyes so well. The center length really helps my eyes look bigger. So comfy too!

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
