Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

I own four styles and this one is my favourite! The little wings at the ends really give your eyes that sultry look while simultaneously brightening and opening up the eye. Subtle enough for everyday, yet bold enough to wear for an evening out. These might just be the perfect pair!
I think these would look prettier on people with more bold features. On me I think they are a bit much. I have Asian eyes and kind of small feature so the lashes look overpowering on my face. They are pretty and I could see wearing them when I really want to draw attention like at a festival or something like that, but if you are like me and want something for everyday these may not be the best style. For example, the styles that work well for me for everyday are No. 18 - Bold, No-7 - medium bold, No. 9 -natural but long, Sedona - very natural and low key.
It took me like a week of practice, but I can get them on nicely and they look great!! Tips to get them close to your lash line: tilt the top part of the applicator towards your eye to get close without the lash falling, take time to rotate the curve of the applicator to match your lash line, and slowly close the applicator, release the bottom, then pull away slowly. hopefully this is helpful:)

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
