You may return unused and unopened items (including original packaging) within 30 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-quality returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after approval. However, the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement for the same item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

We accept PayPal & Credit Card for international orders. All orders will be checkout in US dollars.

When you choose PayPal to pay, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. WOSADO does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
Payments may be declined due to bank restrictions, incorrect billing details, or security verification. Please check your information or contact your bank.
Payment is charged immediately once the order is placed.

WOSADO store orders are processed and shipped quickly. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or destination country, as shipping fees cannot be recalculated or re-collected.
You can estimate your delivery time by adding the processing time of your order to the shipping time based on the destination country or region selected at checkout.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking around your property, including your mailbox, porch, garage, front door, and any safe drop-off locations.

WOSADO magnetic lashes are designed without glue and use a magnetic attachment system. If the lashes fall off, please make sure they are properly aligned and securely attached to your natural lashes. You can gently clean the lash band and try reapplying them following our tutorial instructions.

Please first double-check your shipping address and ask nearby family members, neighbors, or your building reception/mailroom. Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly earlier than the actual delivery time.
