Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Amazing product
I always had to have other people do my lashes for years of dance competitions and recitals but now I can confidently do my own and they look flawless!! I love this brand. Super fast shipping in time for Halloween, easy to use with great tutorial videos for visual learners like myself, and great quality for re-usable lashes. I have gotten so many compliments on them just from then to now and have recommended this product to all my coworkers. I cannot recommend this product enough! I will be buying more styles for everyday wear:)
I hate glued on lashes and only lightly tolerate the new small ones with glue dots on to stick under your lashes, but THESE... THESE??? OMG theyre the best! Very Easy to get on and off, The hardest part was trying not to blink or move to make sure they were perfectly aligned. I would consider Tulip the perfect pair, it's bold enough for nights out but also natural enough for every day. They do still have a little bit of weight to them, but I am very sensitive and even I got used to it after about 15 mins.

Was not expecting these to stay on as good as they do, they really stay on all day. I was also glad to see how easy they are to apply once you fingure out placement of everything. Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.
Yes,soft magnetic lashes are reusable. lf apply daily, the lashes are magnetic enough to last about 3-6 monthsIf they are used less frequently, the lashes will last longer.
Wearing a magnetic strip without makeup can not be completely invisible. It is recommended to wear it after makeup to fill in the eyeliner at the head and end of the eyes. In this way, the magnetic strip becomes the finishing touch.
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
