Returns

When I first received this, I felt a little discouraged because they didn't stay in place. After a very nice exchange with customer service, we determined that I needed the fixer and that made a HUGE difference! I'd really like to order another pair now, these are very nice for every day but I usually wear a bolder lash so that will be my next purchase. I don't have nice lashes naturally, not even when I was a child and have been using clusters for about 4 years. This will be a really nice break from that. I found application to be incredibly easy, despite so many comments I read stating otherwise. If I put them on and they aren't as close to my lashline as I'd like, I just pinch the lashes and kind of slide the magnets up to where I need them. I have allergies. So I'm sneezing often, and other magnetic lash systems have fallen off because of that. With the fixer, these stay in place.

I finally found my casual daytime match! Starfield Brown is especially flattering for blue eyes, and I imagine they would be for other iris shades as well. I was disappointed with the silky brown because they nearly disappeared, even though my skin is very pale — and now it’s Starfield Brown to the rescue! The brown is darker, and these lashes look natural while retaining some quirky character. My own mother didn’t notice that I was wearing false lashes, even though she knows I wear WOSADO magnetic lashes now, and I got a compliment from somebody else on my lashes that very same evening from somebody who thought I might have started using a lash serum

Honestly, I’m so impressed with these magnetic lashes. They’re super comfortable, look really natural, and once you get the hang of it, they're way easier to put on than regular falsies. I love that they’re reusable and mess-free since you don't need glue.

1.I’ve never worn false lashes before. Can I use these?
Absolutely. Wosado lashes are beginner-friendly and designed for easy application. Simply follow our tutorial videos to complete your first wear with ease. And if you ever run into any issues, our team is always here to help.
2.How come I don't get any glue? Is the gel a glue?
Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes do not require glue. They rely on the magnetic properties of the upper and lower lashes to secure them in place.
Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.
3.Are Wosado lashes reusable?
Yes,soft magnetic lashes are reusable. lf apply daily, the lashes are magnetic enough to last about 3-6 monthsIf they are used less frequently, the lashes will last longer.
4.Why is there a black line at the root of my eyelashes
Wearing a magnetic strip without makeup can not be completely invisible. It is recommended to wear it after makeup to fill in the eyeliner at the head and end of the eyes. In this way, the magnetic strip becomes the finishing touch.
5.How do I clean and store the lashes?
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
