Refund Policy
At Wosado Beauty, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@wosado.comย to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please make sure that the items you are returning are in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow for this to take a few days to process and note that shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
- Exclusions: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
