Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@wosado.com
ย or via WhatsApp at +1 646-242-3424 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that the items you are returning are in their original packaging and clearly include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow for this to take a few days to process.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
