Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

or via WhatsApp: +1 646-242-3424 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please make sure all returned items are in their original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered), a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring that every customer receives brand-new products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several days for the process to complete.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly replace it with the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
