Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Exchanges

Was hesitant to buy from this brand but I’m so glad I did!! The application does take some getting used to, and I still struggle to get them close to the lash line, but by far more convenient than regular glue lashes. And they last all day if you wear with the lash fixer or with regular mascara! I wear them to work and they don’t move at all. This style Savannah Breeze is my favorite that I got. Blends with natural lashes and has the perfect taper. I wear these with light makeup. Wouldn’t recommend with a barefaced due to the magnet band. Very happy with my purchase!!
These are 1 of the more natural looking styles, similar to the 02 silky black style but the lashes are more tapered in length from inner to outer corner. Have had compliments when wearing them so very pleased! My only improvement to the brand currently would be if they could offer the lashes on their own as well. The applicator and boxes are fab, sturdy and elegant but will well outlive the lashes.

Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes do not require glue. They rely on the magnetic properties of the upper and lower lashes to secure them in place.
Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
