Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@wosado.com
or via WhatsApp at +1 646-242-3424 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that the items you are returning are in their original packaging and clearly include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow for this to take a few days to process.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange. The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
