Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure all returned items are in their original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4 Steps To Stunning Eyes
A Beginner-Friendly Guide, Quick & Easy to Follow
STEP 1: SPLIT
Open the eyelash box,gently separated the lashes from the end divided into two.
STEP 2: POSITION
Find the blue & white dots lashes with dots on the left side is for the left side eyes vice versa.
STEP 3: ADSORPTION
Place the upper lashes on the “up” side and the lashes with white dot on the “down”side. when applying,blue and white dots should be in relative position.
STEP 4: Easy Removal
Place the upper part of the clip against the roots of the lashes and press gently to close.The upperand lower evelashes are sucked together to complete the wearing.

I have gotten older, and wanted to simplify my make up routine. So I tried ALL TYPES of lashes. The glue on, the professional, other magnetic ones, the “magnetic” eyeliner…EVERYTHING. And I NEVER could get the hang of any of them! I always ended up rage quitting, and throwing them in the garbage. THEN I FOUND WOSADO! I now own about 5 different pair of their lashes. My absolute FAVES are Tulip and Orchid. The Zootopia 2 collab, I have Barbie Black, and love those as well. I like to be dramatic with my lashes. So the fact that you CAN STACK THEM, OMG, AMAZING. I stack Tulip and Orchid almost every day. I’ve also stacked Barbie Black with both of the others as well. When I say these are amazing, my HUSBAND NOTICED MY
LASHES! What man notices our lashes?! And I CONSTANTLY get compliments on my lashes, and when I say they are magnetic, they don’t believe me. And then I pull them off and show them how easy it is to apply these lashes, and they are even more astonished. I’m not a huge fan of the process per pair, but I will not let that stop me from buying these. They are totally worth every penny, and the best lashes I’ve ever found, and been able to apply and be happy with how they look. I keep a carrying case for them in my purse, so JIST IN CASE, I do need to readjust them, I can. I live in Florida and am always outside in the rain, and at the beach. They don’t move, I’ve worn them to weddings and funerals, they can handle tears as well. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend these lashes and this company.

These are much improved from the magnetic lashes available a decade ago. There is a learning curve but once you get it, both lashes can be placed in under 2 minutes. The Tulip is such a beautiful set I purchased a second style.

1. I’ve never worn false lashes before. Can I use these?
Absolutely. Wosado lashes are beginner-friendly and designed for easy application. Simply follow our tutorial videos to complete your first wear with ease. And if you ever run into any issues, our team is always here to help.
2. How come I don't get any glue? Is the gel a glue?
Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes do not require glue. They rely on the magnetic properties of the upper and lower lashes to secure them in place.
Regarding the "Eyelash Fixer", this is not glue. It's designed to help define your natural lashes. You should apply it after curling your lashes, and then wear the Soft Magnetic Eyelashes. This will help them stay more durable and secure.
3. Are Wosado lashes reusable?
Yes,soft magnetic lashes are reusable. lf apply daily, the lashes are magnetic enough to last about 3-6 monthsIf they are used less frequently, the lashes will last longer.
4. Why is there a black line at the root of my eyelashes
Wearing a magnetic strip without makeup can not be completely invisible. It is recommended to wear it after makeup to fill in the eyeliner at the head and end of the eyes. In this way, the magnetic strip becomes the finishing touch.
5. How do I clean and store the lashes?
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
