Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure all returned items are in their original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered), a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring that every customer receives brand-new products.
Refunds

Yes – with proper care, wear them over 100 times.
5.How do I clean and store the lashes?
The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.

It's great, I'm happy with the lashes. I just thought they would stick a bit more between each other. Because of this, they move a little during the day.

I love these to customize my lash case. They’re sticky and sturdy to never come off the lash case. You need to use a tweezer to precisely place them. My only issue is that I keep getting the darker flowers, I guess they’re sold out of style B/5D218.
