Returns
- You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

f you have thin or short lashes, I recommend using the fixer so they stay in place during sudden movements — it’s not mandatory, but it helps. I have large eyes and almost all Wosado lash bands are short for me (the extra width fits a little better but are still short) so they leave the inner and outer corners slightly uncovered. It’s only noticeable if you look closely but an eyeliner helps it blend in almost completely.
The “Chicago Skyline” style looks very natural — on me, it’s like I had a lash lift. They’re perfect for everyday wear, especially if you go makeup-free or wear something light.
I love not having to use mascara and how quick and easy they are to apply (I didn’t get it right the first time, but it took very little practice to master it). Removal is also super simple. For a fast-paced lifestyle, they’re practical, clean, and convenient. They’re not cheap, but they’re worth every cent.
Beautiful lashes — unfortunately, the 21.5 mm size is clearly too small for European eyes, but it can still be used if placed in the center.

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
